System Engineer in the House, what should I do when my System is not sensing or connecting to any wifi......it just put a red Cross on the system icon down the right side of the tool bar

Tell the enginger to check your WiFi adapter,
It's either the WiFi adapter is bad or you need to re-install the driver software for the WiFi adapter.

Looks like the WiFi is off. Switch the wifi button on.
