Dear All, I got home yesterday evening and saw heaps of sand and gravel dropped just at the entrance of my gate by the house owner. I can't imagine someone could stoop this low to do this kinda thing. I got so furious and thought sth has to be done to address this madness. Can someone give an advice here? Background info: House owner issued quit notices to tenants that are not owing rent (yearly) and expected tenants to leave within a period of 3 months.

What is the condition stated in your tenancy agreement? If you signed a tenancy agreement that states that you are entitled to 3 months notice to quit, then your landlord is right but if it states 6 months, then the landlord is wrong. |

keeper303:. There is already a law on tenancy especially in Lagos which mandates for a minimum of six months quit notice and this law is superior to any fucking agreement signed |
