Last time i checked Amosun was imprisoned in his own house by federal might during elections so he couldnt rig. where was his federal power then? You forget Osinbajo is vice president and Ogun is his state? You think because Amosun is taking picture with Buhari, that Buhari will do his bdding?

Like you said power pass power, Amosun is finished because the powers that be in the SW APc cannot afford for him not to be finished. Abiodun did not win the lection, it was the powers against Amosun that won the election for him and the same powers are waiting for Amosun in 2023 to finally send him on political retirement.

Amosun did well with IGR I cannot disagree, as for projects, thats a different matter. Who noticed that only Ondo and Ekiti had free elections without any parallel whatsoever...it is not a coincidence. Some people are try to curtail Tinubu strongholds. Even his boy(Aregbesola) may also be working against him. Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ogun and even Lagos all had parallel elections. 2023 will be interesting...

That was compensation for his humiliation. There are certain things Buhari will do for Amosun because of their closeness and there are certain things he will not. Buhari will not fight his battle in Ogun for him especially against his Vice-president and Tinubu.

Plus which politician from Ogun West has the political clout or war chest to face an Incumbent Gov (no matter how useless)? GNI who could have been the guy sold his own birthright since 2019, hence, no one is gonna take him serious ever again.

You're right to some extend but ladi adebutu can't win Dapo Abiodun because Ogun central will likely vote for dapo Abiodun instead of voting ladi adebutu that will use another 8 years,I doubt Ogun west will vote for ladi instead of dapo Abiodun
