I understand there's an Eid. Something celebration on Tuesday and I've been hearing mixed info that there's public holidays tomorrow. How true is this?

Anyone with authentic info about this before I go and waste my time going out tomorrow.

I've tried reaching the bursar of my school but his phone is switched off.
