For example no matter how u make up, the ratio of the width of your eyes compared to the ratio of their distance from the tip of your nose will remain mostly the same with or without make up. That's why iPhones and Samsungs phones can be unlocked with or without makeup

What if person use makeup for the registration and no makeup come make the system no recognise am nko?

What if the woman made up before the picture capturing during voters registration? Just saying…
