raumdeuter:As far as last season with TT is concerned, no team could have beaten Chelsea in UCL. We were so good under TT that we conceded just 2 goals on our way to lifting the trophy. Bayern wouldn't have done Jack. |

timbros:I am mentioning this season, you are going to last season to give teams who beat City. If I search next season i can also give a list of teams who took points off Bayern Bayern is better than City and if City can be running over your EPL, imagine wat Bayern will do Was Salah EPL trained before running over the entire league |

patrickmuf:Sterling and Torres in forward position yet you are complaining that Klopp had to play Fabinho and Henderson in defence |
| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by patrickmuf(m): 9:12pm On Oct 18, 2021 |
raumdeuter:What position does Torres play for Spain? Is it even new to see Pep play a false 9? Sterling has played there before even in his Liverpool days just the same way Pep has deployed KDB in that position... This season, even with Jesus fit, hasn't Pep opted for a false 9 severally even playing Jesus out of position? |

BlueRayDick: BlueRayDick:What moral right do you have to call someone post unintelligent when your own post doesn't make any sense to any objective fan out there? I mean you're claiming because bayern Munich humilated Chelsea the last time they met and also because Arsenal did the double against us same last season so those who are saying bayern Munich will not find it against us in a two leg encounter are making a wish/prayer as if football is simple arithmetic. Now, if you were being objective and not your failed attempt at berating chelsea, you should know that result was an outlier, given circumstances that surrounded our club at that time and especially if you also consider that we have an impressive records against bayern Munich. Let me also remind you that Chelsea also beat man city who did the double against your team on the three different occasions. Chelsea also beat man city who knocked out the team that sent bayern Munich away from the ucl, at least that was more recent. |

Segedinho:Duhh. It's a team sport. No one player can literally win it but he scored the winning goal so technically he did win it for Chelsea |

User09:what's the point? We can bearly beat weak team, big team dominate and beat us What exactly are we accomplishing now with this system? |

raumdeuter:How convenient that you attached conditions to why you lost and you don't consider the situation chelsea were in when you won us two seasons ago ? |
| Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by User09: 9:53pm On Oct 18, 2021 |
Havertz10:Well....We are still topping the league (for now). I'll give it time (at least until December) to see how things are. The addition of Lukaku had to change our dynamic. Also it's not like we havent switched formations, We've played a mix of 3-4-3 and 3-5-2 this season. I also remember us going for 4-2-4 in the Man City game . TT clearly has his ideas |

patrickmuf:Was Torres playing forward for Spain before joining City? Fabinho is a midfielder that has also played defence is that an acceptable reason |

CAPdan21:Well....so far so good, We arent there yet Also I was analyzing some stat breakdown yesterday and I can tell you that we clearly have the highest post shot xG differential in the whole league so contrary to what's been said, our defense hasnt been that great, just that we havent been conceding. Again, we've also scored the 2nd highest number of goals so far; Infact if u ignore the 5 goals outlier from Liverpool in the last game, we could be 1st, So not that bad Also remember that we are nicking results despite many of our key players from last year are unavailable/not in form ( Silva, Jorginho, Kante, Pulisic, Havertz etc) Anyway like I said, things are still settling in place. Let's see what TT has done by December |
