no. We have very weak institutions. Our law enforcement, judiciary, regulatory agencies etc are only functional on paper. There are people who are above the law in this country. Chinese, India and America and many other countries are governed by their laws. That’s why a president cannot go out of that to make his decisions cos he is there to uphold the law. But here the president disobeys court orders and nothing is done. It because of our weak laws that the president flies out for treatment. The president approves money for project and those responsible over the years sat on it and nothing is done.
