. What does the law say about a person who jumps bail? To grant another one? With due respect to my Igbo people, the day he jumped bail I knew his second trial would be a tedious one.In America and Britain any accussed person who jumps bail forfeits his right to bail and will stand trial for that action.All oactivists from all tribes should know that in their quest for freedom it is better to be released on bail and be coming from home than to jump bail and remain in custody.

Even the western countries like the US there has to be a formal submission of intent to extradite the person, this follows an extradition request sent by Nigeria to Kenya after being informed of his arrest.
