2hrs wasn't enough for that movie IMO. I felt would have been better as a series, cos there is so much to expound on.

I thoroughly enjoyed the cinematography, the CGIs were so on point. The end though left much more to be desired(cos only God knows if when the sequel will be out). I just wanted to be done and dusted with it not hoping for another part.

Overall: 9/10.

He's lived in America since he was little and has been living there for pockets of time every year.

The person interviewing him is not Nigerian. The target audience are mostly Americans. He should communicate in whatever accent would be easier to understand. A lot of Nigerians travel outside the country and have to develop the accent asap. Why do you think that is?

I think WB were just nervous as per the box office expectations

Who wouldn't be. $165mn gamble no be beans. Especially as the first was a box office Bomb.

Regardless, it is it's HBOMax performance that will determine if it gets a sequel or not and not even the worldwide BO.
I think it's the decision on how much budget the next gets that's the reason for the holdup.

I totally agree with the emboldened cuz this Dune part one Clearly barely scratch the surface. it would have been better as a series; maybe a 50mins 8 episodes series. The movie would probably be a trilogy cuz I think even a part2 would not even cover much.
