It depends on design, size, preferred materials, state of the land and the level of finishing you will want. However If you have a stabled land between 1.5 and 2m should do.

I sent you a pm via email sir. That bongalow design posted needs a Structural drawing to draw up an accurate estimate and also for the safe and stability given that the soil is weak. I can handle the structures for you at a discount.
