Well said, the good thing is the fact that, every other states in Nigeria are catching up, states in the North like Kaduna, Kano,Jigawa,Maiduguri are building massive infrastructures same goes to the southern States, Kaduna for instance is currently building 7 fly overs and underpasses , in kaduna town ,Zaria and Kafanchan, and over 56 roads are currently been dualized (more road projects than Kenya as a country ) in these region
1- 230m bridge and Dualization of Kabala Costain to Aliyu Makama Road Barnawa
2- Overview of the Arewa House Overpass
3-Update on Leventis Underpass(Completed already)
4- ongoing reinforcement works for the Cloverleaf bridge pile foundation at Kofar Doka in Zaria LG( one of the best project in Kaduna)

Using a budget less than Kenya. Not possible. Those roads take 20yrs to complete.

Nigeria is a federal Nation, and Kaduna has the full right to source for Funding for various projects, Kaduna state got over $500M for the dualization of over 56 road projects, construction of flyovers/Underpasses among other projects

Worse in what? This BRT built on the median; it gold standard BRT - and will carry more people that Lagos. There is not a lot of land in the median of the road...but because it's at middle of road...it's going to be free from disruptions..as cars enter or exit the road...unlike Lagos.
