Even in Nigeria, foreigners are committing terrible crimes but in Nigeria it's very easy to mix up all blacks as Nigerians, so the media doesn't dwell too much on that. But I found out this is not the case in other African countries.
That being said, I think both the Nigerian and Ghanian immigration system is damn too weak. About 70% of the foreigners who commit crime are illegal immigrants. We would reduce crime from foreign countries by a whole lot if we work on our immigration department and take data seriously.

yeah, i have a mauritanian beloved friend whose looks middle eastern as sand claiming to be a Nigerian. both her parents are non nigerian, but theve been here for long but how can the law affect them when there is also a tribe(shua or something) in kaduna- i think they are a mixed breed of fulani and arabians- so yellow and damn beautiful. you cant just pinpoint any one in Nigeria as an African foreigner. its not possible.

Yeah Akans dorminate Ghana and ivory cost and akans are very proud people love communicating in their local language the dorminate of the Akan group being the Ashanti's
