I don't see the reason why it should trigger your comfort. But We can post any development we want. Expressway is not a westlands project alone, it goes all the way to JKIA..

Just in case you didn't know, Nairobi is currently building 13, 30+ skyscrapers in different places in Nairobi. Do you need evidence? I didn't factor in malls, data centers, grand hospital, museum, city within city, viaduct roads, flyovers etc.

Just the CBD, if you doubt post any photos be it old, new or an upcoming big project and I will point it out to you that it's only happening in one place.
