I'm analysing the possibility of it being open to the "general public" as stated. That will probably entail going through CBT, screening phase then final documentation before they can join their other counterparts to camp. Most likely supplementary list will be from those already screened that didn't make it to this first list.

Both are same. It's issued by your LGA.

Congratulations to all that made it through but this supplementary stuff, is it gonna be starting all over again, from CBT to SCREENING to DOCUMENTATION, any idea on how it's gonna be.
