I think it’s actually a psychological weapon that only a few women who recognize their place early tap.

I have a colleague who stopped cheating the day the wife called him and begged him to choose only 1or 2 side chicks. The guy who initially had threatened his wife that he would marry another wife because she was always monitoring him, and even harassing his side chicks, repented because of that singular act. Not sure what it was, but I imagine he must have felt genuine sympathy for her, a d realized she must really love him or so, because he began to show great respect to her.

Power emboldens the powerful, but humility can disarm them almost to a state of helplessness/childishness.

This man, who previously complained daily about the wife, became her praise singer at every opportunity.
