Check if you or spouse IELTS hasnt expired.
Check both your international passport expiry date.
Check if you evaluated the document by document ECA used for immigration. Check if you wrote down the ECA number that starts with IMM....
Check if you wrote down the IELTS result report form number correctly
Check if you entered full time 40 hours a week
Check if your main NOC is NOC A, B or O.
Check if your main NOC is more than a year for PA.
Check if the POF you entered is less or more than the required fund.
Check if you lost point for your age or Did you do birthday recently.

Please is it safe to update EE profile job experience after getting Notification of Interest from Ontario? Getting a work reference letter from my current employer will be tough as I mostly work remote but I have 3 years job experience in the same NOC if I take out my current employer.

I just want to know if Ontario wont frown at such action.

Go and check their requirement on their website. 1500CAD application fee is not beans.

i Checked all that and am Single not married
so i try to check the eligibity tool again i think my total score is 62
am really freaking out to write another ielts because that seems like the only option i have

My PPR and landing gist will definitely come in this part, in Jesus name Amen!!

You can. I did same thing.

Just ensure the NOC is same, and that the years of experience from the old employer is also above 3 years to maintain same score

I updated my work experience after NOI and still got approval without any queries. Some people get asked by Ontario to explain why the change on their EE profile after NOI and if you give a good explanation,
they accept. Just make sure you have 2 years experience in that noc within the last 5 years so you don't get yourself disqualified. Also everything @Bcpump wrote.

What exactly do you refer to as getting approval after you updated your profile? Just to clarify are you saying you removed an entry in your list of work experiences after getting a NOI from Ontario and still was successful to get the 600 points ?? I just want to be sure before taking any step

Yes I removed an entry and still got 600 points. Just don't change NOC, don't allow your crs points go lower and make sure you still have 2 years experience in the last 5 years in the NOC that you got NOI for.
