You will have to painstakingly take every cadre with its accompanying listed local governments and subtract from the number of local government of your desired state. That way you will then get which local government does not have representation in this list.

it's not compulsory for a LGA have representative in all cadre

My LGA wasn't represented in 03 & 04 because the people didn't show up for screening.

We will not snap and upload but we will share it codedly on the platform here....... basically in written form as per the amount for respective levels
