I think it is unfair and hogwash to say Buhari hate Ibos!
Buhari contested presidential elections in 2003 and picked an Ibo man as running mate, yet he got less than 5% votes from SE,
Same Buhari contested again in 2007 and made Chuba Okadigbo his running mate and still Ibos rejected him;
Buhari hired an Ibo lawyer, Mike Ahamba to prosecute his election petitions at both tribunals upto supreme court in 2003,2007 and 2011!
These attempts would have got one of them presiding at the villa by in either presidential or VP capacity
How then can you say Buhari is anti Ibos prof?
Ibos hates themselves more than any other region!
