Worked for various companies in my 14 year career life. Promoted just once. My strategy has been to move!!! My colleagues from my first job who delude themselves with promotions are no where close to where I am today. |

Do you know that in one of the paramilitary agencies that are the Grandfather of intimidation and extortion sometimes their men stay up to 7 and even 9 years in one rank without promotion?
