A man with PDP Inscription on his vest has been seen sharing money of two hundred naira notes & a can malt to Electorates, while asking them for their voters card as some young children who should not be of voting age were seen queuing to benefit from the political stomach infrastructure. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sjGdWmoHEA This is disturbing.
