If he was suspended for ensuring that Femi Osibuona got released and letting work to continue then he should be prosecuted. Whenever due process is not followed and corruption is allowed to thrive, there must be consequences. The building collapse is no exception. The price must be paid for allowing corruption, greed and nepotism to thrive. For every road not constructed to standard in Nigeria, lives are lost and we end up blaming village people. It's a shame. Corruption and cronyism can wreck one's best efforts. The Great Wall of China was built to keep invaders out. Yet within 100 years of it being built, it was invaded 3 times. The invaders simply bribed the gate men each time and they allowed them in. Building integrity is far more important than building grandiose structures. It's a pity.... we actually have laws in Nigeria but enforcement is our major problem. A project of that magnitude should have building officials from state government everyday work is being done.
