The truth is that it's the materials the paint in the correct proportion that determines the quality. It's possible someone with the technical know-how on the production can do similar or even better quality than known brands.
Ask if he has paint mixing machine for proper dispersion or he would produce it manually.
There would be a difference.
You will have to use him and find out or get a recommendation from someone that have actually used him before.
Samples can be gotten elsewhere and passed as his own.

Yes sir. With the right tools.
You will have to go with your painter if you want a good outcome.
Whatever product you give would have problem if not from him.
However, get a solid assurance from him it won't fail fast.

I'm just thinking aloud, since you know Gbadexy is an expert in paint production and painting, don't u think it would be a good idea for you to give him the project? Atleast u will be rest assured of the quality of the paints.
