Can't remember a revolutionary pattern that could be easily associated with his coaching style. I think he was lucky with the set of excellent players he already met on ground at Real Madrid, players almost at the cusp of success after being drilled by Mourinho and Ancelloti. He just led them to the finishing point.

But Pep is the best coach in the last 10 years. See the way ManCity is playing, you know this man always have a plan and he has the personality to transmit it to the players and change their mentality towards football.

Bayern already won many league cup before now what is needed a UCL Pep couldn't give them and so he was disgraced out.

I have since made my projections and with the level of rot we have seen, we will not be a continental giant before the next 4 years.

Yes 4 years. With steady work and by giving the young ones opportunity to perfect themselves, we can be the top team in Europe again.

For now we need to focus on our young talents and hope the coach gives them adequate opportunities to mature and not put unnecessary pressure on Xavi, cud that might make him desperateand begin to seek those of the old guard again.

Anybody expecting a short term fix or expecting us to return to where we've been over the last 10 years is daydreaming.
