I think he will do well than Coleman. He knows the club in and out, settling down won't be problem.

1. Our La Masia graduates need to mature..they have fluidity and skills..but lacks experience

2. We don't have money to buy good players right now.

Xavi might have the zeal and passion for his former club but I doubt if he has the technical capacity to see Barca through this tough time.

Let's not deceive ourselves, Barca needs a more experienced coach at this time. The team fell out long before Messi left but because Messi fixed some little mess for them, the bigger mess wasn't obvious then. Now that Messi is out, boom, the team crumbles. I would have preferred a more respected coach in the class of Pep, Simeoni or Jurgen. The Barca is too big a task for Xavi. Make him no use Barca start him coaching career oo. He can try lesser clubs. Even the supposed former Chelsea coach (Frankie) with an IQ (Chelsea Fans info) close to that of Einstein sef fail, now you want to carry one home boy for a great team as Barca. Let's see how it pans out.
