The Future of East Africa is Grim.

Ethiopia at this rate is going to collapse leading to entire regional catastrophe. The regions "strongest" nation destroyed, flooding in droves into neighboring countries creating a chain reaction. Somaliland will take this opportunity to officially succeed with them likely being overrun as well. Ethnic Somalis that make up most of eastern Ethiopia will rebel as well.

South Sudan is already post apocalyptic nothing much will change.

Uganda is the region's second basket case. Refugees will be flooding in creating national upheaval making them fall to South Sudan level.

Rwanda & Burundi are wildcards but they'll be surrounded by total anarchy. Collapse to there North/East & a hostile Congo to there West.

Study history.Kenya is used to it's neigherbours at war. Ethiopia do not pose terror problem. It's immigration problem mostly for South Africa.
