if a Nigerian politician sees his bank digit in raw cash the way the pic above is, he won't run mad as u claimed. His target will change. You see all those spaces surrounding the cash? His 'stealing target" will be to fill them and he won't be satisfied even after filling them because there will always be empty spaces. Greed is an abnormality, a greedy man can never be satisfied especially when u live in a country like Nigeria where you can freely spend stolen money with absolutely nothing happening to you.
