I really don't know how most you walk around with such hatred. Let even assume you are right why can't you say things the way are.

Is it IPOB that are defending themselves or their legal council?

What happens to "legal Council representing IPOB are ignorant of Nigerian legal systems"?

Back to your point, do you think it is everyone that is as lazy as you are?

Of course his council did their homework and including the white lawyer is to expose the irregularities within our legal system to the world.

Which part of the world are they exposing it to, US, ISRAEL OR AMBAZONIA?

I Thought Nnamdi kanu is British, why are they not sending a British lawyer to represent him?

So when he comes to Nigeria to see his client over international cases, it means he is practising law in Nigeria?

Common sense is not common

Does it not show it is part of his "work" as a lawyer? Anything professional done by a lawyer for a "client" is "practicing law"

I really wish that most times you could think things through.

Of course Kanu is a British citizen and even if British government sends a lawyer he has the right to reject them. I am not saying that the British government sent any legal representation for Kanu or that Kanu rejected such offer. What I am saying is that they could have and he could have said no. That is his right.

The difference between Western world and Africa is that pressure group out there have a long reach and power to influence government decisions.

Mind you, I am not saying that this single event will amount to anything out there but this single event and others happening translate to building a pattern of judiciary overreach in Nigeria.

Those that understand how pressure group works and what they need to do go against anyone, know that on international level every government try to present their best selves before the world.

A bit digression to the hottest topic in Europe, for days Belarus with the aid of Moscow have been trying to provoke Poland into doing something "stupid" but so far Poland has been trying to keep it together.

My point is that once you start playing on international stage you really have to dot your i's and cross your t's you don't want to leave room for "black mail" further down the road.

Rights of foreign lawyers/firms

Foreign lawyers practising in Nigeria must have been admitted to the Nigerian Bar.

Without admission, a foreign lawyer cannot practise law in Nigeria except to a limited extent where he/she obtains a warrant from the Chief Justice for the purposes of a specific proceeding or appeals arising from such proceedings (see above, Temporary
services ).

In Nigeria, firms are a vehicle for organising legal practice but not as legal personalities being capable of practising law (Okafor v Nweke (2007) 10 NWLR (Pt 1043) 521 ).

Only lawyers can practise law, so foreign law firms as such cannot practise law in Nigeria. Foreign lawyers must pass the Nigerian bar exams to practise law in Nigeria.

You people are funny. So because a foreign lawyer came, the case was adjourned? Are you saying the case won't be adjourned if the lawyer didn't come? And judgement would be passed?

It's obvious you are ignorant of what transpired.

First, the man didn't come to Nigeria to practice law.

Secondly, it was not only the White man that was denied access. Some of Kanu's Nigerians lawyers were also denied access.

As a matter of fact, the walk out by his lawyers was not because of the white man but because their Nigerian colleagues were not allowed in.

Now, head or tail, the more Nigeria hold Kanu without trial, the more the Struggle for Biafra gains momentum.

In struggles like this, Mr. Kanu in detention will hurt Nigeria more on the long run than him being out.

That his lawyers staged a walk out is not good for the already battered image of Nigeria.

For your information, IPOB is gaining popularity around the world while Nigeria is loosing her allies. The social misfits running Nigeria were the other crying out against the activities of IPOB overseas .

IPOB is in court in US with the US Government officials.

Mr. Kanu is Kenya court with Kenyan Government.

Can't you smell the coffee or do you have a nose problem?

You can continue to console yourself, but Nigeria is being destroyed because her leaders are darts.

By the way, what do you expect from a country led by semi-illitrates?

In Biafran law, criminals are released unconditionally. You see how they released the criminals from owerri prison, thats what they want for Kanu.

In Biafran Law beheading of Police and other Security Agents is a Human Right

Shooting Traditional Rulers and using Young Girls for Charms is also another Human Right in Biafran Law

One of the most hilarious scenes of today was
Pro-Nigeria protest are outside urging FG lawyers and law court to try and jail Nnamdi Kanu. FG lawyer and law court are inside running away from their own court.

The mere fact that they locked Kanu's defense team out before hurrying for the extension shows desperation at its peak. I don't blame the Nigeria Government, especially after Kenya abandoned them.

Lol ! Misinformed unity beggar.... The white lawyer didn't came to practice.... He came for observation....
No doubt he can observe from the outside, he has no fundamental right to demand that he must be in the court room, if he vexes Justice Nyako, he can be held for contempt of Court.

All these naive ignorance will only assure that the biafran Secessionist gets the maximum 15 years sentence for his stupidity. You ipobians think that the FG gives a fuckery about you & will dance to your own Oliver De’Coque Song?

Name one person that you know since the creation of Nigeria that the Federal Government has charged for treason in a Federal High Court that came out victorious? The great Ken Saro Wiwa was hung for not even doing anything compared to the evil that Secessionist Kanu has promoted.

No way Nnamdi Kanu will see freedom any time soon, he will be punished seriously for his stupidity, The Federal Republic of Nigeria is way beyond your Ipobian myopic ignorance. Other tribesbin Nigeria could careless about the useless tyrant.

He is charged for among other charges treason....illegal possession of firearms....operating an illegal organization

All these are not related to self determination. He calls for the violent breakup of Nigeria....that isnt self determination but treasonable felony anywhere in the world
