Very true. There's no good drainage systems in port Harcourt now. There used to be canals where all the waters on the roads go to & stay forming a stream or an artificial lakes but now those places are been sandfilled during this administration & the government is not willingly to tackle it because they started it.

It's not really an issue of good drainage on that particular stretch of road. The most plausible cause is the sand filling the government is carrying out all around that area. The water has to go somewhere after all.
