Good evening! I am so pained right now. I dropped by a shop to get food items here in calabar only to come across this circular prohibiting tax collectors from collecting taxes from designated shops of card carrying members. To think these local government tax collectors are the reason shops open by 4pm is really heartbreaking. Is this constitutional?
