The toilet and bath is equipped with water, the kitchen has cabinet with kitchen zinc connected with water and fenced compound with enough space for events and 6 cars.

Did you just mention Aboru? Self-containe! Pa annual rent, 150k... Total package 220k? That place is hell on earth! Raining season is hell, summer season wahalah.... The bike people working there will never make life easy for corporate men and woman living there... Going to work from there is war, going back home, you regret the day you agreed to live there.... There is no light, no good road, criminals everywhere... That place should be cut out of Lagos jaree! That place is good for people with hand work, people that work withing that area.... You cannot train a child there... With annoyance... I packed out there, house owner there are funny, ire oo!
