Very poor outing. They hardly had 6 completed passes

This is not true...Yes, Super Eagles not where they should be, but Cape Verde are no minors ..forget the FIFA ranking, they are yet to lose 6 straight away matches!

That being said, SuperEagles would have killed this game at the firsthalf...save for the Cape Verde Goalkeeper with about 4 saves.

Nigeria had to be a bit cautious at the secondhalf, overzealousness can be their downfall...they conceded a stoppage time goal against CAR not long ago...so, they need to be careful.

Overall, it was a better performance compared with how they played against Liberia.

The big question is, which of the teams that will qualify for the knockout round can they beat They will seriously need to do far better to beat any team right now.

Hear this one comparing Serbia to Cape Verde who have never been at the Mundial.

With this kinda display I don't think Nigeria will even survive the playoff
