If they truly want to reduce fuel prices, they will get TOR functioning properly and have new refineries built in 2 years.

As for criminal, they are highly criminal...
After realizing Mobile money hit 100 billion dollars, they've seen an easier pot of gold that they can tax.

I hope NDC actually use their power to stop this criminality.
Even the telcos whose platforms these transactions pass through don't take a charge for the services they offer.

They shouldn't target the budget as a whole... They should break it down and pass those that make sense and reject the rest.

Only functional one is little Tema-Accra line - that started running recently - having been left to rot since 2001 - the rest that British built are decrepit. Of British 1000kms of rails - you only managed to keep 10 percent of it running - that just little 90kms Tema to Accra line.
