A 1 bedroom sells (the least ooh) for 7.2 million plus, how many civil servants earning today's minimum wage and working for the whole of 35 years in civil service can afford that?

Again, you have used state resources to build houses for your fellow politician thief's that will buy up the properties and rent it out to the civil servant, who will spend his entire lifetime (after retirement period inclusive) paying rent to the greedy politician.
