Civil War is past. Let's focus on the present
The present is your nigeria government killed hundreds of unarmed eastern Youths for just doing peaceful protest.

At the end of the war, we were told " No Victor, No Vanquished.

50 years after the war, we all know the Victor, we all know the Vanquished

The war was between igbos and the military, where 3 million people died out of starvation by Igbo warmonger Ojukwu, so how does that concern me, the same set of people will suffer if they bring another calamity on themselves

It is glaring that the fear of breaking up is limiting our potentials in this country

Perhaps until the actors of the last civil war goes away from our polity, I don't think there is much we can do

We need to holistically determine the path we want the nation toll, Federal charcater has divided us the more, due to the birth of Exposure through the social media

In all, our current leaders have no answer to our problems or they are just afraid of the outcome of their results in the case of doing the right thing.
NIGERIA is a dead entity.
Dead things don't have potential. So I don't know the potential you speak of.

Using military might to continue to force nigeria's unity will definitely have it's expiration date. The only option is to genuinely address all the grievances of all the oppressed ethnic groups in nigeria any other thing is just prosponing the dooms day.

So u think 1967 is the same as 2021? Anything like civil war again will surely be the end of nigeria as we know it even those who lead the war knows this no nation in history have ever survived two civil wars.

This is the same mentality they have then but see now, Nigeria is still standing after 50 years of senseless war

50 years after, Nigeria has its best chance to finally lay the ghost of Biafra to rest in 2023 or ignite a fire that might burn higher than what burned in 1967.

The choice is theirs!
Are you threatening us or what? If we dont dash you the presidency what can your IPOB terrorists do worse than what boko haram have done?

It really boggles my mind how you can refer to the present situation Nigeria is in, as "still standing". I beg , wake up and smell the blasted coffee..........open your eyes to peruse the neon writing on the mountain side......Nigeria is on its last leg out. It's wobbling vigorously like a rudderless ship on the open sea.

Rest assured, this contraption called Nigeria will not remain "standing" for another 50yrs.

You hit the nail on the head

vanbonattel:
grin grin

The Igbos's been vindicated.

Let all the other tribes enjoy the Nigeria they fought to save.

It's like fighting hard to prevent a war, and then, tragically losing your entire generation of your people in the resulting peace.
