Oga, it seem you hate reading and that's why you don't even know that the late Idris Derby of Chad chased ISWAP terrorist up to the borders of northeastern Nigeria. God bless you abundantly.... Now this government is so blinded by it's love for the president's "cousins" in the Niger, that they think by having these people drop weapons it kills their idealism!! The so called repentant terrorists are absorbed into the armed forces and are given weapons to fight the same people that share the same belief as they do....
