Why is retirement age 65 while someone who is 79 is allowed to rule a country
If they feel when someone is getting to 70 the person is supposed to retire then they give the most important job to someone who is closer to 80

It is considered minor surgery because, if found and determined to be an issue, Polyps or abnormal growths can be removed.

Also, small growths and/tissues are usually remove for biopsy to see if they are cancerous.
