In your league of dwarf cities, you need to weigh if you can beat Casablanca, Windhoek, Tunis, or Kigali before thinking of setting up a masterpiece - which in this case are skyscrapers.

Looks more of town houses on small plots of lands which still have the urban" feel"....not really a proper leafy suburb .

This is what a proper leafy suburb should look like ...I mean you can't even see the houses from the driveway way ..very few cars on the road due to the low density per square kilometer.
