He was not playing with those boys at all, so, it was like short one.

He can't even dribble and give a good pass. U can watch the highlight of the game against Liverpool to confirm this.

Those boys need someone that will play with them not a rigid player that will be waiting for balls.

Juventus was in their own half all game, no pressure on Jorginho and no direct opponent in midfield.

His only role today was receiving the ball in 10 yards of space everytime and giving it to the closest man.

Even Skimpledawg could have played that role tonight

At no time was he involved in forcing players to commit, removing players from the game or within 5 yards of any Juventus player, like James, Rudiger, Chalobah, Chilwell, Kante and RLC were doing all night

With all that space and no pressure, he should have been dropping multiple passes over the top like Pirlo.

I went and watched this video of Chalobah midfield performances at Lorient when I saw him in our preseason. Man played and looked like a midfielder.

When Chris plays midfield for Denmark, his technique still looks like a defender playing midfield, he just does the basics and never tries to dribble or ride players on his back with turns, whereas Chalobah ticks all the minimum technique boxes for a midfielder

Both are Chelsea defenders, when it comes to that role, Chalobah isn’t upto Chris’s level in any way.

True, this is why the club tried their possible best to get Halaand before going for him. He is technically poor and don’t suit Tuchel style. Swap deal with Tottenham for Kane next summer will not be bad so that Conte can get his boy. Conte is the only top manager I think can use lukaku to full effect.

Have you thought about the fact that just maybe bringing dribblers into the team on the wings helped rather than mount and havertz who couldn't take on players? Let's see Lukaku play with pulisic and Hudson before having this take.

Players like jorginho, busquet, rodri are essential to any team that is keen on possession? Jorginho excels in recycling and distribution of the ball from the pivot, not necessarily for tackles, ball clearance or other roles for a traditional defensive midfielders.
Modern coaches believe in defending by actually doing less defending. Ie, emphasis on possession and fast counter-presses.

Oga you are not better than top attacking coaches like tuchel, guardiola or Sarri who highly value jorginho.

Meanwhile I need you to recant and apologise for your lie that Jorginho is possession master and that we are outpossessing teams because of him. This won't be the first time you have repeated that lie and been corrected several times, going back to last season. Tuchel does not make use of, nor care for Jorginho possession. We only became successful by sidelining Jorginhos possession game.
