Apparently the highlight of Accra's city skyline is some two hideous looking lego block dwarf towers called villagio vista.

This area with those two rainbow coloured lego towers is Accra's equivalent of Nairobi's Upperhill or Westlands. No wonder the ghanaian hobbits on this thread don't like hearing any discussion about high rise development and skyscrapers.

As for Kenya the medium term prognosis is great - 6-8 percent growth - and GDP will probably triple by 2030 - reachin South Africa current levels.
Kenya is going to close it's infrastructure deficit.
Kenya is growing to urbanize - I think now one fastest urbanization rates - at around 4% annually.
Kenya is demographically transitioning - as population control has now bore fruits.
