How would the carbon monoxide wind up in the car resulting to carbon poisoning since the car was not parked in an enclosed space but open environment and with probably the AC running to minimize sweating arising from the "strenuous" exercise going on between them?

Follow the incident untill the report is out because if they revealed the cause u would have said they stated the cause without Medical examination!
