Pace isnt everything in football. Chilwell for the most part is someone who annoys me with his interpretation of football. Doesnt know where to move to, where to pass, when to move, when to do 1-2's. We lose a lot of flow and fluidity with him on the pitch. I'm not sure his brain connects with the football he plays

Although the problem with Alonso is how his levels start to drop once he starts to play plenty games. However, with the switch that TT made recently (where our WB's now occupy those half space position). He's someone who'll benefit a lot.

Jorginho's ball-progression numbers have consistently worsened on a yearly basis and the drop-off has been especially noticeable under Tuchel.

Tuchel has asked Jorginho to cut out risky passes and has made him stick to his strength of circulating the ball over shorter distances.
