I don't care the personnel, or the formation we play, all I want is for us to play the way we played against juventus,I mean let approach this game the same way we did on Tuesday night. Many of our loses against man united isn't because of certain formations or players playing or not playing but because we defend when we are suppose to attack and play too many meaningless passes around our backline and midfield instead taking the ball into their own half to force error.

United are fielding 8 defensive players including the goalie, the plot is clear. You are focused on individuals, i.e CR7 getting dropped, I am focused on tactics, formation and selection. You can not field a combination of McTom/ Fred/ Matic and claim you are planning to press. Except you are planning to press "Agege Bread". All 3 midfielders lack pace, they will soaking pressure for the most part against a fast Chelsea selection.

The front 3 is easy to break when it comes to pressing, especially when you have ball playing defenders, if that is what you are holding on. What happens after the first layer of press is more important than anything and that is where you have Fred/ McTom and Matic.. When the front 3 of Sancho/Rashy/Bruno press, what are the remaining 7 players doing? Will they sit back or join the press? If the midfield trio press along with United's front 3, that means they are playing a very high line... Does this United side look like one that will play a high line? A high line is for a team that wants to possess the ball especially if your front 3 are pressing. Are now saying United are going to out posses Chelsea with this selection and formation?

Tuchel is pretty smart, he is starting players with pace on all 3 levels of play, there is a reason for that.
