right though, but they are always having the issue of divided loyalty all of them whose parents are not Nigerians. With the way Nigeria is drifting, having one parent from another country is enough to disqualify and if we check that Buhari's case properly, his father might be Niger while mother Nigeria and embodiment if divided loyalty, that us enough to disqualify him... I guess Nigerians were caught sleeping then.

There are strong rumours that buhari father is from Niger but never proven while it is clear that the mum is Nigerian from a royal family therefore hr is qualified to be a citizen by birth and to rile nigeria.even if both parents were not,it is statute barred and too late to do anything about it except when someone from his family decides to contest in future...

Atiku is Fulani. His paternal grandfather is from Wurno in Sokoto State, and his mother is the daughter of a traditional ruler in Dutse in Jigawa State.

Section 25 is clear that one of the three ways citizenship by birth can be acquired is:

If one of your parents or grandparents belongs or belonged to a community indigenous to Nigeria.
