On the 25th of June, 2021 the company issued me a cheque for the 9th of July, 2021 through the company's managing Director, Mr. Elias Ojo Abutu for the refund of my initial deposit for an agreement we went into on the 18th of November, 2020 for the supply of a vehicle which was agreed to be delivered within 6-8 weeks from date of payment. The payment was made on same day (18th November, 2020), I made a part payment which was half the total price of the car. On exceeding the agreed duration, I requested for a refund of my initial deposit as it had exceeded over six months, in my several attempts to recover my initial deposit, I was issued the
heritage bank cheque leaf of the said sum Which ended up being a DUD cheque after several presentations at the bank. I hardly have met the MD or their staff in the office.
Please is there anyone here in same shoe? Please any advise on how I can recover my money? let’s stop the White Horse Capital ltd from their fraudulent acts and for further defraudment of other Unsuspecting victims.

The Contract yu entered into is it enforceable?

You should have your Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). . If nothing comes out, you can sue them.. I almost entered into a transaction with them late last year but my wife was having double minds with the agreement. You can use their facebook , twitter and instagram handle page to voice out.

The fact he hasn't received doesn't make them a scam, I have received like other person,my sister too received.

I think they had challenge,I have known them since 2017 though not known as whitehorse.

With the way they have handled People’s transaction in past one year you can’t blame anyone for calling them a Scam.

How can you go into an agreement and deposit a certain sum for a service to be rendered and over a year it hasn’t been rendered nor has the fund be returned without any proper communication on the issue and maybe a payment plan or a date of which you will refund people.

You turned off every means of communication.
Closed your offices and just left people to their fate.

You only reach out to them when you feel like.

Is that now scam like?

What’s wrong in adding people up into a group and constantly updating them on the situation and handling things professionally?

It is really sad the way they have handled things, what is more sad is they don’t seem to know how to get themselves out of the issue.
