Ipob on the other hand are not elected representatives of any SE state.

Islam does encourage people to seek for knowledge in any field even if it is far as China. It is the people of the North that doesn't want to embrace science innovation and digital technology to their lives and use it to solve some of the societal problem that faces them. Is it not the same religion UAE Jordan Saudi Arabia Kuwait Qatar are practicing but their government still adopt science technology, They did not used their wealth to only build beautiful mosques up and down their cities they invested much of their wealth to build word class hospitals equipped with 21st century modern health tools and medical technology, they build world class edifices, they build several dualize goods roads, they build tall tall buildings for government administrative offices and for residential, they build research institutes, they build digital technology hubs, they are embarking on space technological projects as well. Practicing full sharia does not mean you should not invest on digital technology. The majority of Northern people are just brainwashed that only what they need to survived in this world is learning Arabic and Islamic studies. If we breeds out imams and Islamic scholars who will be admonishing us to take good path in life, developing our morals and leading us in prayers, heading our mosques at the same time we must breeds out scientist engineers programmers medical practitioners innovators artist who will be adding more development to our social economic and political growth. Generally, NIGERIAN as a whole don't have these most especially the Northern people. We invest and place more priority on religion and embrace religion activities too much in this country more than establishing digital technology hub centres for the youths. Most especially our government is not helping at all they always feel reluctant when it comes to enabling a environment that science innovation and digital technology will flourish. They only spend more on political propaganda while neglecting anything related to science innovation and digital technology. All what they do is to talk talk talk on investing on youths in science innovation and digital technology without doing anything at the end of the day nothing will come out in such program. If we want our economic to grow and witness a rapid development, our society needs to made a balance between too much of religion and investing in science innovation and digital technology. Just as an example. Assuming all the energy, time and resources our youths spend on Yahoo Yahoo if only we could spend the same resources to acquire some if these digital technology skills we will be competing with the Europeans and Americans in the area of digital technology.
