Those houses are very expensive yet he doesn't want to pay for advertising agencies to advertise his properties for him..

Apart from Wode Maya's video I haven't seen any other advertisement...

But it's not a ghost town like you think.. Watch the video well you will hear Wode Maya saying more than 50% are already sold out.

The houses are ok but quite expensive for that price..

That neighborhood is spreading like harmattan fire and it will require serious lobbying from Government to get all their roads done.

People are completing their estates/houses in months. So far Electricity Company and Ghana Water works are trying their best to connect all houses to the national grid but for Roads and Highways authority, it won't be easy for them to tar their roads..

When you get to the neighborhood you will see contractors constructing their drainage system/gutters and that alone shows something is being done and just a matter of time for Government to allocate some money for their roads to be fixed.

So long story short it's a case of lack of planning. Thanks.

Rafiki all this story you listed doesn't make sense if your country still relies on food aid to feed your population. And please don't come with the lack of arable land excuse. If you have space for flowers you should definitely prioritize some to grow some freaking food.

I am not going to lie here at all some of the price of the heart culture flowers is 6 times what you will get from growing food. I am also a farmer and knows what I am talking about. You plant what gives you the most money on your farm, you cannot do like Nigeria when you borrow 1 billion US dollar to do farming and you only hamfist 1 million US dollar

Ghana is not like USA, UK etc where roads, electricity, water etc are done first before people start building. Not even your slum country can do that so how do you mean by *lack of planning*?

Here in Ghana as development spreads, electricity and water gets to the people fast.. Road takes time to be done unless there are some powerful people who can lobby for the roads to be done early if not it will take some time..

Wode Maya claims most time he visits Kenya he is harassed by the police..couple of time he has been handcuffed..reason coz he from west Africa..Any thought from my fellow waffas

Exporting is all fine and good but won't you feed your population first?

You have a family of 7 to feed instead of growing food on your farm you choose flowers instead. The money from the sale of flowers you use to buy food which will be more expensive. Doesn't it make sense to grow food for consumption and export the rest? Even if it's six times more lucrative than food the gain from flowers is wiped off due to the money spent on food imports. Nigeria's problem is that we have encouraged too much imports in areas where we have an advantage e.g. Petroleum, Rice, Textiles etc.
