Its a month process and I will be updating this thread as it goes.

Please, if you have any contribution or idea of how you think its better, kindly drop it, let's learn together.

Bring the layer Turkey for Christmas rice. That's my own Contribution . As for the egg, I would advise u take it to poultry where they have the right machines for incubation ..remember harmattan has started gradually, u may not have the required heat to hatch the eggs in your room

Light is constant here. Like 15-18 hours per day.

I watched several egg hatch videos on YouTube too so there is something am not seeing in your DIY incubator, and that's a plate or bowl of water to control humidity in the incubator.

* Remember to turn the eggs at least three times daily.

Well done, keep us updated.

Try to get water inside a bowl and place it very close. Also, each time you turn, the part that you want to change from must be marked it charcoal (*). So that you won't continually put one side while the other side not growing....
Note: hole you're very sure the eggs were fertilized, hope you confirm that?

My input...

that doesn’t change the wrong thing from being the wrong thing. I fabricate as well and I encourage Doing it your self how ever, what doesn’t work simply doesn’t. You are running an unmetered source of heat, you are even not consistent with it. Let’s assume the embryo is even developing. You then go ahead and leave then without power for over 24 hours. U must be joking

@Everybody:

Please if you don't have any meaningful contribution to add to this ongoing project above, kindly find another thread on NL to exercise your bad energy and selling/ marketing skills.

* Sometimes, a hen leaves it's eggs and wander around to feed. At a point like that, the eggs stay without heat yet they hatch at the long run. Please let's learn to encourage others, ' no money is greater than that'.

Please many of us are following and learning. Keep us updated please...
