Let's assume truly 800,000 Nigerians are living in SA.That's about 0.667% of our entire population.How can a sample of 0.667% be enough to make an inference about an entire(100%) population?

We share borders with Ghana,Benin republic, Chad,Niger e.t.c.Our population in each of these countries are not even up to that amount.

When you have a population who are prone to crime and mischief ,its easy to notice their presence not to mention the inability to keep clean neighbourhoods they usually import.

South Africans do have kids they cannot take care of as well,but guess what ? Those kids are not a burden to other nations, they have a working welfare system that caters for such people ,perhaps you should try that too so that your desparados can stay back home and irritate their lousy kinsmen instead of being a nuisance everywhere .
