Good morning, I live in Lagos Ajah axis to be precise. Firstly I want to know if I can use this scooter bike in Lagos just for personal mobility and I want to know if I will not be disturbed by this no bike rule, tho I see many people using it this days Secondly please at a very good price where can I get one. Will be very grateful for your assist thanks.
