Somehow, we overestimate our herd immunity and assume that since the infection and death rate is not as high compared to European countries with high vaccination, then we have nothing to fear, forgetting that our testing and monitoring system cannot be compared to theirs. We just need to be extra cautious

They gave us nose mask... They came to tell us its not enough protection. They gave sanitizers only to advise us to stop shaking hands with each other. They put space between husband, wife and children yet it isn't working. They gave us jabs but people are still dying of COVID... Unfortunately they're blaming people that rejected their jab for the death of the vaccinated ones.

Feel free to bask in denial if it makes you feel safer. Ignore the statistics indicating an exponential increase in Covid infections throughout Nigeria and the rest of the world. Refuse to wear a mask, attend crowded events, and generally conduct yourself with the assured air of someone who has absolutely no concerns at all.

In that stubborn denial lies your strength, because when the Covid virus attempts to infect anti-vaccination, anti-face-mask people, the sheer power of that die-hard fantasist mindset will render the true conspiracy theory believer IMMUNE to infection magically, as it were.

what is unnecessary about telling people what's happening ? You don't have to wear mask or stay safe let the people who want to do it use the advice.
